Shipping policy

The Vibe ships worldwide, shipping and returns are free.

If you wish to make a return, please write an email to info@thevibestore.it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our Customer Service will send you a shipping label and provide all the necessary information. Return your item in the same condition in which it was delivered by The Vibe, complete with original box and dust bag. You will be contacted as soon as we receive your return. If the returned item shows no signs of wear and/or use you will receive a refund in the same way you made the payment within 14 working days.

Taxes and customs duties for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in the event of a return. We recommend that you contact your local Customs Office to receive an estimate.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Some articles can be personalized by being reproduced in a color of your choice for the leather and/or interior. If you wish to place a personalized order, send an email to info@thevibestore.it and our team will provide you with all the information.

Custom orders require a non-returnable deposit equal to 100% of the cost of the item, shipping is free. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
